This event is brought to you by two food business entrepreneurs; Dawn & Marsha, who realised that there were many other UK Award Ceremonies celebrating and acknowledging cuisines across the world, but none for Caribbean food. The Caribbean food industry today, is worth approx £100 million* in UK and evidence shows it is on the rise! 

Never in the UK as there been professional platform or voice for UK based Caribbean Food and Drink. We are committed to ensure this is a well organised, lavish event, with an annual event from 2023. Marsha & Dawn also launched The Caribbean Food Collective (2019) an organisation which connects, promotes, and supports UK based Caribbean Food businesses nationwide.
